Shipping & Payment

*If placing an order and you do not receive email notifications, please check your spam folders. Sometimes emails tend to fall under spam/promos and will sometimes not go directly to your inbox.

*If you have opted for basic domestic shipping to Canada/USA, you will receive a confirmation e-mail about your order but no tracking number. Regular mail takes between 4-10 business days. COVID-19 has affected these shipping times and it may take up to 2 weeks.

Where do you ship from?

I ship from Hamilton, Ontario , Canada.

Please note, especially for countries other than Canada/USA, there may be fees in relation to customs/import or tariff in other countries. These are to be paid by the customer.

Where do you ship to?

To see if I ship to your location, please select a minimum of 1 item and add it to your cart. Attempt to check out, without completing the checkout process. If you are able to select your location, I can ship to you.

If you would like to order a big order (wholesale/bulk, or just more than 5 pieces), and want it shipped to you internationally, please send me an e-mail and I will provide you with a courier quote via DHL.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the value of your order and/or the type of shipping you choose.

I offer 'standard shipping' which is $5CAD for Canada/USA and 'tracked shipping' for all over the world including Canada/USA.

PLEASE make sure that your address is correct - I am not responsible if the delivery address is incorrect. You can try your luck at the post office, but please do not contact me requesting any letter or proof, as this is very complex and can be easily abused.

Payment

I currently accept payment from major card titles. I also accept PayPal.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, but it depends! Please send me an e-mail with clear photos of the item you want miniaturized. 90% of the time, I do food miniatures.

When do you list new pieces?

At this time, I do not have set dates for when items are listed. Though I, in some cases, do make small announcements via social media, I mostly post new work when the pieces have been completed, or in the works! pictures have been taken and I've had a chance to create the listing, s.

Can I buy items that I have seen on your instagram page?

Yes! As long as they are available. Sometimes I post things because I like showing you all what I'm up to, but I don't always post them on the website yet. Please feel free to send me a DM on Instagram or an e-mail with a screen shot of the item from my page.
